Under the chairmanship of Shaykh Dr. Hisham Elahi Zaheer, the center has grown from a one-kanal masjid into a nine-kanal integrated Islamic complex, serving as a beacon of hope and guidance for thousands.

Dr. Hisham’s leadership combines deep Islamic scholarship with modern strategic thinking, enabling the center to expand globally, forge strategic Saudi partnerships, and deliver world-class educational, spiritual, and humanitarian services.

Hifz Department (شعبہ حفظ)

Renowned for its innovative and respectful Qur’an memorization system. Focuses on tarbiyah and moral character-building alongside hifz. Operates on a hybrid model: Fee-based system for financially stable families. Full sponsorships for underprivileged students.

QRF School System

A flagship modern education initiative integrating academic excellence with Islamic values. Achieved self-sustainability in just three years. Provides holistic education designed to develop well-rounded, responsible, and ethical citizens.

Women’s Masjid & Education

A four-story, one-kanal facility exclusively designed for women. Dedicated prayer spaces. Qur’an and Islamic learning programs. Personal development and leadership courses. Recognized as one of Lahore’s largest women-focused Islamic institutions.

Daily Dastarkhwan Program

Serving 1,200–1,500 meals daily with dignity and respect. Operates from a dedicated 8-marla kitchen facility. Supported by generous donors and philanthropists committed to feeding those in need.

Media Center & Digital Library

A newly developed state-of-the-art media hub producing da’wah content for global audiences. A digital Islamic library under construction to house rare manuscripts, research resources, and interactive learning platforms.

Welfare & Community Services

Water Filtration Plant: Installed at a cost of PKR 2 million, serving thousands with clean drinking water. Eid-ul-Adha Qurbani Program: Distributes sacrificial meat among needy families every year. Mortuary & Burial Facility: A dedicated space providing free funeral and burial services for all sects. Mini-Hospital Project: Under construction to deliver affordable healthcare to underserved communities.
